Body Conditioning

The classic toning class. Louisa  works you hard , so you can almost feel your bodies tighten while you train! An initial aerobic warm up is followed by complete body toning, sometimes using hand weights and body bars.

Louisa is now an experienced and knowledgable aerobics instructor, having first qualified nearly 3 years ago. The Wednesday lunch time class (12.45-1.30pm) is designed to allow you to get in and out during a lunch hour but to work to maximum impact during the 45 minutes on offer.

The Sunday morning slot (11am-12pm) has a comraderie all of its own and although it may seem like hard work to drag yourself in, participants always leave happy, refreshed and ready to face the day!

Both classes are free to members or just £5 for non-members with no booking required.
